Or maybe I didn’t put down my head, nor ran past them. Instead I cursed while slamming the door. Would it have been better to have said something to them? Off course, but maybe I need feminism just as much to learn to speak up for myself.

Control men’s behaviour? No, just learn them some respect. If he had said that to his coworker in a more subtle way instead of yelling it to make sure I could hear it, I wouldn’t have a problem with it.
